Picking Up Your Order
After you have finished Checking Out, you will receive a confirmation of your order. (If you do not see a confirmation email in your Inbox, you may need to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still have not received a confirmation e-mail, please call our customer service team at (312) 226-3237 or e-mail email@example.com.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a second email. Individual order pick up times will vary due to sales volume and the time of day the order was placed. Orders are typically ready in 2 business days (special order items require a lead time and will prolong the pick up time.)
1. After you receive the e-mail notification that your order is ready, drive to Testa Produce at the following address:
4555 S. Racine Ave., Chicago, IL 60609
2. Enter the Testa Produce facility through the entrance driveway and proceed straight to one of the two entry gates.
3. Press the circle intercom button and state your name.
4. When the gate lifts, drive straight (east) and around the back of the building, following the signs for Will Call.
5. The Will Call location is around the northeast corner of the building next to Shipping Dock Door #27
6. Go up the stairs and ring the button to enter Will Call. Once inside, you will need to sign for your order.
7. Once you have signed the paperwork, pull your vehicle into the dock specified by Will Call personnel and someone will bring your order to that area.
8. Once your order is loaded, slowly proceed towards Racine Ave. The yellow gates will lift upon sensing your vehicle.
Pick up days and times are as follows:
Monday & Tuesday: 7am-4pm
Thursday & Friday: 7am-4pm
SUNDAY: NO PICKUP
